We are Singapore Online store selling green tea and Matcha from Japan, managed by Premium Tea Enterprise (UEN: 53330768J) .

We source our green teas directly from Japan tea farms in Shizuoka, Kagoshima. As for matcha, we source from Nishio, Shizuoka, Yame and Uji. We have a valid import license from AVA, all our products are import through a valid import process, with approval of AVA. (License No IP16D1354)

We do not carry product from other brand as we do not source our product from other brands, they are mostly mass produced using very low quality tea leaves. We deal directly with the tea farms and tea leaves selected will be sent to our partner processing factory for processing and packaging. By doing this, we can offer good quality products at affordable price. In short, you get better grade Matcha or green tea with the same price.

Although this website support only Singapore customers, we shipped to our retail and wholesale customers in Malaysia, Indonesia, US, Australia, Thailand, European countries, UAE etc.

If you are not happy with what you are getting, please let us know. We will try our best to solve the issue you have, or refund you full or part of the money you've paid.

We reserve the right to refuse selling product to customer who abuse our kind gesture. Refund is not applicable for wholesale.

Location

Currently we don't have a physical shop, we sell only through online platform. Currently there is no cash-on-delivery or pick-up service available yet. For large and urgent order, please contact us for delivery arrangement.
