For most cases, only ceremonial grade Matcha produced from first flush Tencha. Our Harumi Matcha is produced only from first flush Tencha, therefore it has good color and low in bitterness just like ceremonial grade. Harumi has lower sweetness as compared to Premium Ceremonial Matcha such as Mori or Samidori.
Besides, Daily matcha are produced from tea leaf grown in Nishio. Nishio is known for producing world's best matcha because of its weather, elevation and fertile soil.

Can I use this Daily Matcha for cooking or baking?
Yes, you can. This matcha has lower bitterness, thus milder flavour.
Can I use this for matcha usucha ?
Yes, this is perfect for usucha (thin tea), although this matcha has lower umami compare to ceremonial grade, but still it's good for making usucha.
