Similar to our other Gyokuro products, it's shade-grown 20 days before harvest to create high umami sweetness and low astringency. This Gyokuro is 100% grown in Ujitawara, which is also famous for its Matcha products. If you love Uji Matcha, you will love this Gyokuro too.
